FlexPacket on Linux
An introduction to the FlexPacket client for packet radio operators using Linux.
FlexPacket on Linux
I’ve always missed having a modern, user-friendly Packet Radio client for Linux. That’s why I developed FlexPacket - a Packet Radio client primarily designed for interacting with BBS systems and for transmitting or receiving 7Plus files.
Key Features
- Hostmode TNC (TheFirmware v2.x)
- KISS support via TFKISS
- AGWPE/Soundmodem (e.g., Dire Wolf)
- Multiple parallel channels
- BayCom login and password support
- 7PLUS file transfer
- Offline mail archive and APRS display via external tools
